Christina A. Marshall is the newest addition to our professional staff, but is no newcomer to the legal arena. While attending the University of Connecticut School of Law, she interned at the office of the Corporation Counsel of the City of Hartford, conducting legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions on behalf of the City of Hartford, its Boards, Commissions and Departments. She also served as a legal intern for the Waterbury, Connecticut law firm of Brennan & Isaac, where she not only conducted legal research, drafted pleadings, motions and briefs, but also assisted at trials, motion hearings, and depositions.
Upon her graduation from law school, where she obtained a Certificate in Tax Studies, Ms. Marshall was hand-selected to serve as a Law Clerk for New Jersey Superior Court Judge Sherry Hutchins-Henderson in Newark, New Jersey. Her exemplary performance of her duties as Law Clerk to this distinguished jurist, included the drafting and editing of opinions on a large variety of legal issues, as well as assisting the Judge with case conferences, motion hearings, and trials.
At our law firm, Ms. Marshall has been tasked with pre-trial discovery, preparing and opposing motions, and assisting the senior trial attorneys at trial. She also pursues subrogation matters on behalf of our clients, seeking to recoup, or to defend against, claims for payments made in No Fault, workers' compensation, and property damage matters.
