Melissa D. Johnson joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2002. Since that time, she has gained experience in the areas of premises and motor vehicle liability, as well as municipal liability law, and has conducted numerous statutory hearings in personal injury claims brought against the City of New York, and made numerous court appearances in New York on behalf of defendants in personal injury actions.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Johnson obtained experience in insurance coverage, labor, construction liability, insurance subrogation, real estate, and judgment recovery matters during internships at several private law firms in New York and Florida.
