Kevin Bigelow has practiced law in New York for more than fifteen years, during which time he has gained experience in the areas of premises and motor vehicle liability, products liability, labor, toxic torts (lead paint exposure), construction law and medical practice.
Mr. Bigelow joined the firm as a senior associate in 2005 and since that time has successfully handled numerous complicated negligence matters on behalf of defendants in personal injury lawsuits. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bigelow handled hundreds of cases from inception through trial at several private law firms in New York, and has tried more than 20 cases to verdict.
