Judah Cohen joined the firm in 2006 and, in conjunction with David Samel, is an integral part of the firm’s appellate unit. After graduating from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1997, he gained experience in a variety of areas of the law as an associate at several New York City law firms.
Mr. Cohen has been invited to be a guest lecturer at the Guy Carpenter Insurance Seminar in Equinox, Vermont; and the New York State Insurance Association in Saratoga Springs and Finger Lakes, New York. He has also established a lengthy record of successful motions and appeals in both the state and federal courts, and has participated in the trials of various cases as well.
